Corporate Safety Policy

our company philosphy of "zero accidents-no excuses" embraces the proactive concept of planning safety into every task, every day, striving for zero injuries and zero negative impact to the project and customer. safety requires the full partication of everyone, every day, and it is a condition of employment.

Our Safety Program begins and ends with our philosophy:

ZERO ACCIDENTS - NO EXCUSES

Our goal is for everyone to leave the site at the end of the day in the same manner as when they arrived. The stakes on the human element side are too high to accept anything less.

Employees

At every level are responsible and accountable for the company's safety performance. Active participation from everyone is necessary to achieve safety excellence.

Management

Will insist behavior and performance meet the company's safety standards, that safety training is provided when required, and that all accidents and near misses are investigated so that corrective action can be taken to prevent recurrence.

Supervisors

Will ensure their workers know the safety responsibilities, that substandard conditions and practices are corrected, and that workers wear personal protective equipment when it is required.

Workers

Require to comply with all safe-work practices, report accidents and near-misses, report substandard conditions and practices, and to wear their personal protective equipment when required.

Contractors & Visitors

Visiting and working on properties owned or leased by the company are required to comply with the company's safety policies and procedures.

Employees at all levels, contractors, visitors, and partners must comply with the safety legislation of the jurisdictions that the company operates in.
